  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (approx 3 oranges)

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 cup Humboldt Honey

  • 1T cinnamon

  • 1/2 t freshly ground nutmeg

  • 1t sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Combine the cranberries, fresh squeezed orange juice, and water in a medium-sized saucepan.

  • Stir in the Humboldt Honey, cinnamon, freshly ground nutmeg, and sea salt.

  • Place the saucepan over medium heat.

  • Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it becomes thick and starts to bubble.

  • Once thickened, remove the saucepan from heat and let the cranberry sauce cool.

This cranberry sauce pairs wonderfully with all types of meats, adding a rich, fruity flavor that complements savory dishes beautifully. Enjoy!
