Cranberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds of fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (approx 3 oranges)
1/2 cup water
1 cup Humboldt Honey
1T cinnamon
1/2 t freshly ground nutmeg
1t sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the cranberries, fresh squeezed orange juice, and water in a medium-sized saucepan.
Stir in the Humboldt Honey, cinnamon, freshly ground nutmeg, and sea salt.
Place the saucepan over medium heat.
Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it becomes thick and starts to bubble.
Once thickened, remove the saucepan from heat and let the cranberry sauce cool.
