Collett’s Humboldt Honey is located in Humboldt County in the Redwoods. We are a small family owned business.  I work side by side with my sons Taylor and Spencer, daughter-in-law Katie, and our newest addition, my granddaughter Lena. 

As owner of Humboldt Honey, I personally return every customer phone call and email I receive. Transparency and honest answers are very important to me as a business owner and as a consumer.

Honey is the only sweetener I use.  I am dedicated to bringing the highest quality honey to the market, not only for myself and my family, but for you as well.
